ISO 9001:2015 Auditor Transition

Course Description

This one-day workshop on ISO 9001:2015 Standard will review significant changes to the Standard and how it relates to ISO 9001:2008. A review of the context of the organization, interested parties, and how it relates to the Quality Management System are reviewed. New requirements, including Risk Management and the evolving role of management/leadership are also addressed. Transition process to ISO 9001:2015 is reviewed and the period/process for transition is covered. The strategy to review and update (Revamp) the QMS is discussed as the transition will provide an ideal opportunity for Quality System “house cleaning”.

Audience

Class is designed for organization’s representatives that are responsible to work with the Quality Management System to drive organizational performance. Suggested attendees will include Management, Internal Auditors and Quality Professionals. Class will result in existing auditors being upgraded to audit against the ISO 9001:2015 Standard requirements.
