All public courses are held at the Techmart Building/ReadyServe Computer Center in Santa Clara or in Sunnyvale. For questions or assistance, please call (650) 967-2700.

Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a course due to circumstances beyond our control. Registrants who are unable to attend their scheduled class may send a substitute in their place or re-schedule attendance for a later date. Young and Associates will not be responsible for any airfare penalties or other travel expenses that may be incurred as a result of the cancellation or course rescheduling.
