Paulette Young, principal of Young & Associates, is highly

her expertise in providing quality training and services
that impact companies’ employees and bottom line. Ms. Young
has worked in training and development for 18 years. She is
also recognized for her proven achievements as Director of
the CACT (Center for Applied Competitive Technologies)
Program at De Anza College. Ms. Young has served as
president of the National Coalition of Advanced Technology
Centers, board member of the Silicon Valley Small Business
Development Center, and chair for the CACT Industry Advisory
Board. Ms. Young currently serves as a Board member and
Director of Corporate Relations of the Silicon Valley
Regional Council for Excellence.
